We Offer a Full Range of Support Services
ISI Abroad programs provide 24/7 emergency support line managed by our own local staff. We also created our own smartphone application (for Apple & Android) so that students can access local details for emergencies, book medical appointments, or contact a staff member with any concerns or questions. We are always there when needed.
Local Counseling Services
Mental health is as important as physical health. To help ensure our students are set up for success, all Institutes work with professional counselors who are able to assist students with tackling culture shock & homesickness, roommate issues, or pre-existing mental health needs.
Privacy is Respected
ISI Abroad takes student privacy seriously and abides by all U.S. and European laws designed to support the privacy of personally identifiable information and data. We comply with FERPA guidelines and GDPR privacy laws. In addition, we support university partners Title IX requirements.
Travel & Exploration is Part of the Experience
Students are encouraged to travel and explore during their free time. This promotes independence as well as an opportunity to learn more about their host country, themselves, and beyond.
